	Finally! Rain. And with it strong winds and whitecaps on the basin of Castelnaudary. So we decide to explore the area.
	Montolieu, about 25 km East of Castelnaudary is also called the village of the books. It hosts probably as many bookstores as people. From prints of the original plans of the Canal du Midi to the British Naval rules to old Bibles and pharmaceutical books - everything is available in the small village. Why this concentration of bookstores? I don't know.
	Saissac is another ruin of the Cathar times.
