Thursday July 17, From Sauzens to Pexiora

Previous Entry

Another day of slow cruising through low water. The roots tell how much more water the canal usually  holds.
The bright yellow sunflower fields line the canal all day.
The church of Pexoria. It is usually a good indication on where to start looking for the bakery and news-stand.
Our mooring for the night, below the lock of Treboul. A real luxury - the water is over 2m50 deep so no sleepless night worrying if we are still afloat in the morning.
