Our Location

	Carcassonne organizes a firework on the ramparts of the old Cite; naturally we can not miss this! The only problem is that 100000 others think they can not miss the display as well!
	The tourist office recommends three places: - the new bridge (standing room) - the old bridge (standing room) - the park along the Aude (with picnic)
	We go for alternative three. Ed goes there early (thanks Ed) to reserve a space and we all (including our English neighbors) join at 7 to wait for the 10:30pm display.
	Thankfully there is enough food and wine to make the wait easier.

	the lights go off and the fireworks begin on time! A truly amazing display. The fireworks are launched from 4 places on the rampart.
