not much water in the river below, but we like the nice
weather! Not having rain for the last two months causes not only the rivers to dry out, but also causes problems with feeding the canal. In some places the water level is very low and we have to make sure we don't get too close to the banks. |

There is therefore currently no need for the overflows like the one one before laredorte |

It is really nice to driver in the shadow of the trees, |

but not under these trees. The left bank (yes right is left as we drive up-stream) of the canal is hardly visible. |

We are still driving through the Minervois wine region. |
