The last of the 219 locks we passed this season, the lock
of Nourriguier. We passed here on May 16 to start an exciting season! Only a few more km to go and we are back in our home port. |

Mid afternoon we arrive in Beaucaire, our first cruising
season comes to an end. We had fun, we enjoyed many visitors, we learned a
lot, we saw exciting places and met many interesting people. All went well thanks to our fantastic teacher Thomas (everybody should have a Thomas in their family)! Now we prepare the Avanti B for winter - it never snows in Southern France (like it never rains in Southern California), but I put antifreeze into the right places anyway! I hope you enjoyed the log-book, may be I do it again next year!
