Unfortunately once again an entry into the black-list book. This boat is tied up in the middle of the 150 foot long quay. As there is a narrow bridge below the quay and a tight turn above there is no way we can tie up in front or behind this Dutchman. I ask him if he could move a few feet, he does not even leave the cabin and just makes signs saying 'I stay and I won't move'.
So we have no choice than to drive another 2 hours until we find space in the next town.
May be he has rented the whole quay? But I guess as the town Blanzy provides free water and electricity he takes advantage of it.
Since we cruise on the same canals we have seen him since several times. He seems to make it a habit to tie up in the middle of every quay he ties up to block off other boats. So every time we see him now, we just move on.
A piece of advice from AvantiB - whenever you see a cruiser Denuo registered in the Netherlands just move on, he owns the canal.
